Listeners.

Good listener Everyone demands a good listener to be present in their lives, but are they themselves good listeners?
Good listeners are non judgemental, straight forward, non egoistic, practical, long term thinkers and with many other qualities people look for in them. But has anybody ever tried to understand what goes in the mind of a good listener?
There is not much of a difference in exortionists and listeners. Exortionists detect the presence of a spirit while listeners sense problems and people holding up stuff in their hearts. Exorcists perform the exorcism while listeners just listen to everything said without providing a judgement but just providing a simple solution. Listeners just have too much on their plate.
Firstly their own problems which are always side tracked. All the different problems and emotions of different other people coming out-right from love issues to house matters to their freedom.

All of these take a dent on the mindset and strength of the listeners. When they practically are in situations all their mind thinks is the different prospects and stories that they have heard. People call this over thinking but then ideally they are the people who make less mistakes. These are the people who provide ideal but harsh or tough solutions but are called as over smart ignorant and rude. Listeners are brilliant people who have the strength to take come what may but sometimes they need listeners too. They too need people who push them and understand and detect what is wrong In them and provide solutions. But they are taken for granted and dumped in a corner and used when needed. This has to change. People have to be patient, non egoistic and open to people with trust and open minds. The listeners too should keep their trust intact and not use the weaknesses of the sharers. I know this is idealistic and not practically possible because of the big ego's but then something has to be done. If we really need a good listener's in our lives we too need to be good listener's in someone else's lives.
